Custom cakes range in price dependent on the flavour, number of servings, and design details. The best way to receive an accurate quote is to send us a detailed email at info@mecairos.com or to fill out a contact form. When placing a custom order, please be sure to include all of these details as well as the date the order is needed for. 

We recommend placing your order as soon as possible. We book orders on a first come first served basis. Therefore, the sooner you contact us to place your order, the better. 

Yes. The only way to secure your order is with a non refundable and non transferable 50% deposit. Deposits can be made either via EMT, in-store, or with an authorized credit card. The balance for your order is due on or before pick up or delivery.

Absolutely. We carefully structure all of our cakes so that clients can easily transport their cakes themselves. However, we understand the delicacy or transporting your edible works of art and will often recommend delivery. We are not responsible for any damages that your baked goods may incur once you leave the bakery if you choose not to have a delivery. Delivery costs are calculated based on the distance to the location of the venue of your event.

Although we are not a nut free facility, we do have options that are peanut/nut free. We also offer vegan items for both in-store and custom orders. We do not currently have a gluten free option but hope to introduce gluten free and keto options very soon.

Yes, we do. Packages can be put together a la carte or you can contact us for some of our recommendations based on number of guests. 

Sorry! Due to liability and sanitary reasons, we are unable to decorate any cakes that were not made in our bakery. However, if you would like us to create decor accents for your cake such as edible flowers, shoes, character toppers, etc., we are able to do so. You would just pick up the finished piece and add it to your cake. 

We would love to host your event at our bakery. Our storefront can accommodate parties of up to 40 guests. Please contact us at info@mecairos.com with the details of your event if you would like to book our space.

We understand parties and celebrations of all sorts can get expensive. When placing an order for a custom cake, please take into consideration the ingredients, supplies, time, and skill needed to create your edible masterpiece. We are happy to compromise with you on the best way to get what you would like within reason.
