Techniques learned in this course are adaptable to design other sneaker and shoe cakes. During this fun and intimate hands-on learning experience, the following is included: - all materials needed to achieve design - making shoe templates - carving, stacking, and sculpting a shoe cake - masking a shoe cake with buttercream - covering a shoe cake with fondant - fine detail work for a flawless finish - Q & A with Felicia during entire class As a bonus, you will be able to speak to Felicia regarding business techniques, pricing, and more!
